The school, formerly known as the West Garden Keen Nursery Centre, was established on First Street, Sai Ying Pun in 1984, and moved to the third floor of the Sai Ying Pun Community Complex in August 2001. The building was listed as a declared monument in Hong Kong in 2005. The school covers an area of 620 square meters. It has four classrooms, one music room and one physical fitness room. It is equipped with an independent kitchen to provide children with balanced and nutritious meals. The school cooperates with the Hong Kong Lutheran Church True Love Church to provide spiritual development for young children and their families.
